Thanks to its unique historical core, parks, cultural tradition, recreational facilities, pleasant climate and environment, the city of Olomouc is a most attractive place to live. In 2023, the construction of 1 479 apartments began in the Olomouc Region, out of which 441 were implemented in the Olomouc District.
